These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales agreements between Demstore and the customer. Deviations from these general terms and conditions of sale can only be effected by a written document signed by Demstore and the customer. These general terms and conditions of sale completely exclude all general terms and conditions stated in documents from the customer, even if these documents are of a more recent date. Demstore reserves the right to change and/or supplement the general terms and conditions at any time for future orders without personally informing the customer and without the latter being able to claim any compensation.

When can I return an item?

You have a cooling-off period of 30 days from the day you receive an item. Do you want to return the item? Then read our terms and conditions. You have 30 days to decide whether the item meets your requirements. If you wish to return the item, you must request a returns form within 30 days of receiving the item. You then have 30 days to return the item.Not sure yet whether you want to keep the item? Please leave it in the original packaging. You can check the item as you would in a store, but make sure it remains in its original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Do not stick text, stickers or tape on the packaging.Pack the items to be returned well protected in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent transport damage. After all, you bear the risk of the return shipment yourself. Do you want to avoid the risk of losing your item? Then send the package by registered mail and keep the receipt. This way you can claim any loss of your item from the delivery service.

​Who pays the shipping costs?

We will pay the shipping costs for your return if any of the following apply to your order:1. You received an item that you did not order.2. The ordered item is defective and you report this within the inspection period.3.
